REAL ESTATE

Offered with confirmation, the 1,400 square foot brick home is located in a very desirable neighborhood in Franklin Township. This 2 bed/2 bath, move-in ready home with its many recent updates, has been set up for one-floor living. The beautifully maintained home features hardwood floors throughout and ceiling fans in the office, living and bedrooms.

Entering through an enclosed breezeway, the garage has been converted into a main-floor office and laundry room with a pea-pebbled floor and wood sliding glass door. A step off the breezeway, the modern kitchen has newer, white Legacy cabinetry, with Formica counter tops and ceramic tile back splash, and conveys with all major appliances. There is an eat-in dining room. The living room features a window wall for natural light and a brick fireplace with gas logs. Bedroom #1 is 12′ x 12′ with a large closet, while the second bedroom is slightly smaller (10′ x 12′), also with a large closet. In the hall between the bedrooms is a full bath with a marble walk-in shower. Also accessible from the first floor breezeway is a spacious wood deck overlooking the relatively level and fully fenced back yard.

A full basement, with painted concrete floor and carpet, has a large, second living area, a bedroom and 3/4 bath. The brightly lit area has tons of storage space, and also has an outside entrance to the back yard. At the front of the home is a street level concrete 3-car parking area and a covered carport for protection from the weather.

Served by city water and sewage, the home is heated by a newer Lennox forced-air gas furnace, with whole house A/C (including basement area). Both 100-amp electric panels are surge protected. The home has Simonton vinyl tilt windows throughout along with storm doors on all entrances.

AUTOMOBILE

Purchased new in February for $42,000, and offered with confirmation, Nancy’s 2016 Ford Edge, with just over 1,900 (Nineteen HUNDRED!) miles. The white, AWD Titanium model has a V-6 engine, w/6 speed transmission, leather trim, navigation system, 19″ wheels and power everything.
