Take Rt. 21 west from Waynesburg to Rogersville. Bear right at the Rt. 21/18 split at the flashing light and go approximately 3 miles to Covered Bridge Road on the left, just before the village of Rutan. Watch for Behm auction signs.

The Paul Horr family has decided to sell the home and personal property of the late Paul Horr at auction. Mr. Horr was a very stable fixture in the West Greene area for many years as a farmer and local businessman. The auction will consist of real estate, antiques, lawn tractor, household, house wagon, tools. This will be a great auction to attend. Bring your chair and enjoy a good county setting auction.

REAL ESTATE

The real estate consists of a one-story frame home located on a five acre parcel, situated in the West Greene School District. The home has three bedrooms, a full bath, living room/dining room combination and kitchen on the first floor. The full basement has a second kitchen area with large open work area, family room, a full bath and additional dry storage room.
