We have been commissioned to offer by auction the following Real Estate and Personal Property to be sold in order to settle the partnership.

Auction 1 Real Estate: Located at 612 N. 6th Avenue, Paden City. Turn off Rt. 2 onto Witchey St, go 1 block, turn left and the property is located on the right. Auction 3 Real Estate: 702 N. 4th Avenue, Paden City. This property is located on WV Rt. 2 at the north end of town (near the hardware store). This property has a 16’ x 15’ building with concrete floor that is elevated for unloading trucks and additional parking lot. This is a great location for a small business that is looking for something with a ton of road exposure. This property will be sold at the hardware location on 612 N. 6th Avenue.
