Buyer Terms for Sale

I understand that I am responsible for FULL PAYMENT TODAY, April 4, 2026 for my purchases by cash, check or certified funds, at Greene County Fairgrounds. ITEMS WILL BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL. Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services, LLC is acting as an agent of the seller and therefore is not responsible for the description or condition of items. Owners will make statements regarding their item(s). Sales are “As is” and “Where is.” I am assuming full responsibility for all items charged to my bidder’s number. I understand that some items will be sold with owner confirmation, and further understand that I must honor the bid placed on the item(s) until the seller confirms or rejects the bid price. Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services, LLC is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of item(s) and will not be held liable for any injury or accident that may occur at the location of the auction. Behm’s Auction Service is not responsible for no shows. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax will be charged unless a fully executed sales tax exemption form is completed and signed prior to payment. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to every purchase. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM Greene County Fairgrounds April 4, 2026. In the event that an item is not removed today, I will be responsible for a service fee for its removal, which may include trucking, storage, and/or clean up. Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services, LLC and its employees are NOT responsible for loading and/or any damage that occurs in the process of loading items, vehicles, or equipment. Bidding is held outdoors. Be prepared for the weather.
