235 Smithfield Road
Masontown, PA
From South Main Street, turn onto East Church Avenue toward Smithfield. Bear right onto Smithfield Road to sale site on left.
After several decades, the owners of the Silver Bar have decided to sell the bar and restaurant as a growing business. The owners have had several successful years but have decided to slow down and enjoy a slower paced life style. This is one of the cleanest businesses we have had the opportunity to sell in several years.
We have been commissioned to offer, with the owner’s confirmation, three separate but adjoining lots in Masontown, PA.
1. On the first parcel is a fully functioning 35-seat bar and restaurant on a busy roadway in Masontown, PA. This is a turn-key opportunity for the right individual desiring to own their own business. The PA Liquor License is NOT included in the auction, but is available for purchase from the current owner. The one-story block bar/restaurant building is situated on a blacktop parking lot (see Deed Book 3089, page 1690, parcel #21-11-0168).
The one-story block building has a bar area and a separate area with restaurant seating. The bar has a 4-draft system, 2 and 4 door beer coolers, wet bar sink, floor mats and 10 new stools. The restaurant has seating for 25 and has full rest room facilities. The kitchen equipment is all operational and consists of a 6-burner gas stove w/oven, a Vulcan 2-burner deep fryer, and a s/s electric flat-top grill, s/s double door refrigerator/freezer, s/s Baker’s pride pizza oven and a self-contained Auto-Fry deep fryer w/built-in Ansul fire suppression system. Also in the kitchen are a hot cheese machine, GE microwave, 3-door cooler, s/s prep table, two upright freezers, metal shelving, and a fire-proof safe.
The building has a monitored security system and has city water and sewage. There is a 1-year old Lennox forced air furnace with A/C and all new ductwork. Included with the bar/restaurant are two outside storage buildings: 1) 10’ x 30’ w/porch, T111 siding, metal roofing, windows, and full electrical service. 2) 10’ x 12’ w/T111 siding and shingle roof.
2). Also offered is an adjoining vacant lot (see Deed Book 3089, page 1690, parcel #21-11-0165).
