Behm’s Auction and Real Estate Services is honored to offer the following historical home at public auction for the late M. Laurine Williams estate.

Located at the end of a private lane on Laurel Run Road in Franklin Township is this 91-acre farm with a brick home built in 1850 by Thomas Kent, Jr. Known as the Kent Farm, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. This is possibly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to buy an outstanding quality historical home in the heart of Greene County, located just minutes from Waynesburg and Interstate 79.

Entering from the front porch, the first floor foyer with the original staircase leads to the living room with original built-in wall cabinets and a sun porch with skylights. The dining room has a large fireplace, original built-in wall cabinets and “servant stairway” to the second floor. Also on the main floor is a full kitchen with built-in cabinets, Whirlpool appliances and a breakfast nook with sink area. There is a full bath on this floor with a jet massage tub and storage areas.
