We have been commissioned to offer the following described real estate for public auction on location. The auction will consist of a 16.70-acre plantation style farm which is located on three tracts of property.

The first tract is a 6-acre parcel which has an early brick Victorian home. The main floor has large double front doors in the foyer with an oversized staircase to the second floor.
